Before we share with you how that happens, we want you to take a moment and think about what that might mean to you and your family.

How would you feel if your baby fell asleep on his or her own and slept through the night? Relieved? Free? Like a weight was lifted off your chest?

What would do you with the extra time not spent bouncing your baby on a ball or going in and out of the nursery to put the pacifier back in? Would you sleep? Read a book? Eat dinner with your partner? Take a long bubble bath?

How would the following day look if your baby or toddler woke at 7am happy and well-rested? Would you have time to shower in the morning? Get a workout in? Make a healthy breakfast?

Step One: Sleep Assessment

The first step in helping your baby or toddler to better sleep is to complete a sleep assessment. During this powerful 40 minute call we’ll discuss your child’s sleep habits, get clear on the type of support you need, and set specific goals. If we feel we can help, we will recommend one of our live-in package and schedule dates to get started!

Step Two: Live-In Sleep Support

We customize a sleep plan based on your assessment and come to live with you for 3-5 nights (and days!) to put this plan in place. Our method will have your child sleeping through the night faster than you can imagine! If tweaks to the plan are needed, we discuss them together and move forward with confidence. We are with you every step of the way to guide you through your baby’s or toddler’s custom sleep plan.

Step Three: Extended Support

Follow up is key to continued success! This is why we include up to 4 weeks of unlimited phone and email support, plus 3 coaching calls. During this additional month of support we focus on celebrations and re-visit your initial goals. This is also a great time for follow up questions or to tackle any setbacks without fear. Once this month is up we are confident that your family’s sleep will be completely transformed… and your lives too!


We work with ages newborn to 5+ years old.
All packages are fully customized for each family.

  • This will typically involve long term overnight support and gentle sleep shaping. We offer in-home support and start by establishing healthy sleep habits from day one.

  • More commonly associated with sleep training, these ages are when your baby can biologically start consolidating sleep - meaning they can sleep longer stretches without needing to be fed. This is a great time to implement a routine and teach them independent sleep. Our in-home programs give you hands-on guidance and in-the-moment troubleshooting assistance so we can customize our approach for each baby and family.

  • Sleep challenges become more common as kids grow and begin asserting their independence. Safe and independent sleep boundaries become a necessity but they can be hard for parents to implement themselves. Guidance and support from a live-in or virtual sleep coach can get your kiddo sleeping peacefully before you know it!

  • If your child is battling bedtime or you’re wondering how to wean them off their nap before they start school or have any other number of struggles with your pre-schooler, we’re here to help! Similar to toddler age, this approach includes boundary setting, a practical and effective rewards system, and in-person or virtual guidance.
