COMFORT MEASURES FOR BIRTH
Finding ways to cope physically and mentally during labor can be daunting, but fear not, join us and learn ways to find comfort! In this interactive and hands on class you will gain the confidence and tools you need to have a more positive birth. Some topics include: coping in early and active labor, how to feel safe and stay calm, how to feel physically comfortable, movement techniques, pushing positions, and more! This self-paced class includes a comprehensive downloadable activity workbook to use throughout the class.
**Another great class for doulas to learn more about comfort measures and get insight on how to teach them to clients.
NEWBORN CARE 101
Do you need to learn how to take care of your newborn, but don’t have the time for an in-person class? In this self-paced virtual class, you will learn all of the basics of taking care of your baby. Some topics include understanding your newborn (what is normal & their cues) and newborn care which includes bathing, diapering, swaddling, feeding options and more. Our video demonstrations and activities will leave you fully prepared to care for your little one. This is a 2.5 hour class focused ONLY on newborn care and development. It is highly recommended for families who are adopting, having a baby via surrogate, or those who would love to have more information about hands-on newborn care. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive downloadable workbook will be included.
PREPARING FOR YOUR HOSPITAL BIRTH
Understand how to navigate ALL of the many options and choices that you can have in the hospital setting. Learn about hospital protocols, informed decision making, and navigating this entire experience so that your family can have a positive birth experience. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
INTRO TO CHILDBIRTH
Prepare for your upcoming birth in this fun, informative and dynamic virtual workshop taught by a certified labor and postpartum doula and childbirth educator. Some topics include stages of labor, labor warm ups vs. real labor, what to expect at the hospital or home birth, relaxation techniques, and breastfeeding tips. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
BRINGING BABY HOME
This class is perfect to prepare you for your first child, or serve as a great refresher if it’s been a while since your last. Topics include understanding your newborn (what is normal & their cues) and newborn care which includes bathing, diapering, swaddling, feeding options and more. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
BREASTFEEDING BASICS
If you are planning on Breastfeeding it is HIGHLY recommended that you take a breastfeeding class. This class will help you gain confidence and a deeper understanding for breastfeeding! Some topics include breastfeeding benefits, baby cues, schedules, paced bottle feeding, and challenges. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
**This may also be a great option for doulas needed to take a breastfeeding course for their certification. Check with your training organization to confirm it qualifies.

Are you a parent of a newborn or young baby (under 18 months) navigating the world of infant sleep? The Little Sleepers Private Class is designed to empower parents with education and confidence about biologically normal infant sleep.

CLOTH DIAPER 101 CLASS
The idea of cloth diapering can be overwhelming & it can be a challenge to know where to begin. This class will provide all you need to know to get started! You’ll have hands-on opportunity to touch and feel the various diapers and accessories, as well as learn about the benefits to the environment and your bank account!
In this customized class, we’ll review:
How to decide if cloth diapering is right for you
Where to purchase cloth diapers
Ideal number of diapers to have on hand
Differences between the various types (AIOs, AI2s, pockets, fitteds, prefolds, covers, etc.)
Instruction on how to properly fit a cloth diaper
Washing & storage basics
Recommended diapering accessories
BIG SLEEPERS
Struggling with sleep routines for your toddler or young child (18 months to 6 years)? The Big Sleepers Private Class is here to help! This personalized session is designed to guide parents through the unique challenges of sleep in the toddler and preschool years.
In this class, we’ll cover:
Age-appropriate sleep needs and expectations.
How to create and maintain consistent bedtime routines.
Tips for handling bedtime resistance, night waking, and transitions like dropping naps or moving to a big kid bed.
Gentle strategies to encourage independent sleep while maintaining connection.
Whether your child is battling bedtime or you’re just looking to set a solid foundation for healthy sleep habits, this class offers practical solutions tailored to your family’s needs.
Private classes are taught by Doula, Sleep Coach, and Childbirth Educator, Lauren Foster.
All private classes are 3 hours in length and include registration for two people. Cost for each class is $165.
